Do you accept returns/refunds?
All sales are final. If you would like to return your unopened, undamaged wine please visit the store closest to you within two weeks of purchase for an exchange.
How do you ship the wine?
We ship in quantities of 2, 6 and 12 via UPS and an adult signature is required upon delivery. A phone number is required upon ordering.
Do you ship to my state?
We offer online ordering for the following states. If your state is not listed please call our store to order wine and have it shipped to you.
- District of Columbia (Washington DC)
- Florida
- Ohio
- Pennsylvania
The following states prohibit the shipment of alcohol:
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Kentucky
- Mississippi
- Montana
- Oklahoma
- South Dakota
- Utah
Can I ship wine as a gift if I’m under 21?
No. Even if you’re sending wine to a legal-aged friend or relative you must be 21 to purchase wine. Please read our Terms of Service.
What if my merchandise was damaged during shipping?
We take great care in shipping your wine so it is unusual to receive a damaged product from us. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please keep the wine and all packing materials and contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.
