Winemaker’s Dinner: A Taste of Italy
Join us at Greenhouse Winery for Winemaker’s Dinner: A Taste of Italy on January 31 at 5:00 PM—a two-hour, ticketed culinary experience celebrating Italian-inspired cuisine, thoughtfully paired wines, and approachable wine education.
Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner by The Mains Course Catering, guided by our Winemakers, Nicholas Hoffer and Ethan Fagan, and Sommelier, Erin May. Unlike traditional pairing dinners where guests must choose one wine per course, both red and white pairings will be poured for each course, allowing guests to experience how different wines interact with the same dish—enhancing both enjoyment and learning.
From charcuterie and salad to a chicken & risotto entrée and dessert, each course is thoughtfully matched with a Greenhouse wine. Throughout the evening, Nicholas and Erin will share the stories behind the wines, along with practical, easy-to-understand guidance designed to help guests feel confident selecting and ordering wine for dinners, celebrations, and special occasions.
A gluten-free option is available upon request, and guests will also receive access to an event-exclusive bottle offer available only to attendees.
