  • Do you sell food at the winery?
    We typically have a selection of chips, meats, cheeses, and crackers available for purchase. For large events, we also bring in food trucks to provide meals. We do not have our own kitchen or restaurant at the winery.
  • Can I bring my own food and beverages into the winery?
    For most Music Events we have a food truck or food vendor on site. You are allowed to bring in any appetizers for your table. We encourage you to utilize our food vendor. No outside beverages are allowed that includes bottled water. We offer a large selection of wine as well as beer, and our non-alcoholic selections include water, soda, and teas. On Sundays we do have a Full Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar with endless possibilities.
  • How do your wine samplings work?
    You can sample up to 3 variety’s for free. Additional samples can be purchased for a $1 per sample. We do offer wine flights for you to enjoy.
  • Can I bring children to the winery?
    Friday and Saturday evening events are 21 and over, and no one under the age of 21--including children and babies--is permitted; children are welcome weekdays and on Sunday afternoon events. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Can I bring my pet to the winery?
    Pets are allowed at the winery in the grass areas. Pets are required to be on a leash at all times, and you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Service animals are allowed on the patio with proper documentation.
  • Should I make reservations?
    Reservations are highly encouraged to guarantee you a seating space. Reservations can be made for parties up to 16. If you would like to reserve for more, you must contact the event coordinator by calling the store. You are able to make a reservation by calling us at (724) 466-5000, and selecting option 1.
  • How do I make reservations for events?
    Please call (724)446-5000 and select option 1 to make a reservation for upcoming events.
  • I have to cancel my reservations for a ticketed event due to COVID, can I get a refund?"
    While Greenhouse Winery typically does not offer refunds for event tickets, we understand that this is a difficult time for all. As such, if you must cancel your reservations for a ticketed event due to COVID related reasons, we will offer a refund in the form of a Greenhouse Winery gift card which can be used for future events or for store purchases. All requests must be received 5 or more days prior to the event. Requests received after this time period may not be honored as our total counts have already been turned in to our caterers.
  • How do I purchase wine for delivery?
    To have wine delivered, call 724-446-5000 to place your order. We will take your wine order and do your payment over the phone. You can order for same day or later in the week. We offer free wine delivery within 15 miles of the main winery in Irwin. There is a 4 bottle purchase requirement for complimentary delivery. If you are between 15-20 miles we will do free delivery with a purchase of 6 bottles or more. Tips are never required but are appreciated for exceptional service. We are able to take tips over the phone.
  • Do you ship wines out of state?
    We are licensed to ship wines to select areas. Please contact our Jacktown store at (724)864-5002 to inquire about shipping.
