Erin has always been passionate about hosting and crafting unique experiences for her family, friends, and clients. As her wine appreciation and knowledge expanded, so did her desire to delve deeper into the subject. With an existing interest in pairing wine with food, she decided that formal education and certifications were crucial to incorporating wine education and events into her career. Consequently, she began studying with the internationally renowned Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) program and currently holds a Level 2 certification. She also achieved her American Wine Expert (AWE) and Napa Valley Wine Expert (NVWE) certifications from the Napa Valley Wine Academy. Erin organizes engaging and enjoyable pairing events. This event features 5 Parisian-themed courses, each paired with a delightful wine.
