Banquet Hall Rental

Celebrate the season in our beautiful banquet hall, thoughtfully designed to make your holiday gathering effortless and memorable.

Your Rental Includes

Your banquet hall rental includes our beautiful event space, 60" round tables and chairs, a three-hour event rental, one hour of setup time, thirty minutes of cleanup time, and banquet tables with black-to-the-floor linens for all of your auxiliary table needs.

Beverage Packages

One beverage package is required for all events. Choose the beverage service that best fits your celebration.

Wine & Beer Bar

$18.00 per guest

Enjoy hosted wine and beer service for the duration of your event.

Cash Bar

Guests purchase beverages individually throughout the event.

Hybrid Bar

Minimum spend: $300

Host beverages up to a spending limit of your choice, then seamlessly transition to a cash bar for the remainder of the event.

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Stations

Refreshment Station

Includes iced tea, lemonade, soft drinks, and fruit-infused water.

Preferred Full-Service Caterers

The Mains Course, The Chef and I Catering, Rodney's Restaurant, Martin's Catering, and Pasqualino's provide full-service catering for a seamless dining experience.

Drop-and-Go Catering Options

Jaden's, The Mains Course, The Chef and I Catering, Rodney's Restaurant, Martin's Catering, and Pasqualino's are available for drop-and-go catering.

When selecting a drop-and-go caterer, an event host is required.

Availability & Booking 

Can this promotion be utilized for a company party or a friends and family gathering? 

Yes!  Our Christmas in July promotion is available for: Corporate holiday parties, Employee appreciation events, Family Christmas gatherings, Friends’ holiday parties, Church, community, club group celebrations. Whatever the occasion, Greenhouse Winery offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere to celebrate the season with people who matter most.  Just keep in mind that the minimum guest count must be 30 people. 

What if our guest count is less than 30? 

No problem! We’d still love to host our holiday celebration. We offer additional event space that may be a better fit for smaller gatherings.   Contact us to discuss your guest count and we will help you to find the perfect space for your party. 

What holiday dates/times are still available? 

Events can be held during our pre-selected event times: 

  • Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM or 6:00 PM–9:00 PM 

  • Sunday: 12:00 PM–3:00 PM 

  • Monday’s & Tuesdays- are available upon request!  

Holiday dates book quickly! Please call or email us to check availability for your preferred date. 

How much is the deposit to reserve a date? 

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.

 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card (2.9% credit card processing fee applies). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 

Cash and check payments require an appointment for drop-off.

 

When is the final payment due? 

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Is my deposit refundable if I need to cancel? 

Your deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll gladly discuss any available options based on the timing of your cancellation and the terms of your Event Agreement. 

What happens if severe weather impacts the event? 

At Greenhouse Winery, the safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. 

If severe weather creates unsafe travel conditions, we will monitor conditions closely and work with the event host to determine the safest and best course of action. 

How long does the Christmas in July promotion last? 

The Christmas in July promotion ends Friday, July 31, 2026. Reservations must be booked before this date to receive promotional pricing.

Venue & Setup 

Can the room be arranged in different layouts? 

Absolutely! Our Event Coordinator will design a layout that best fits your guest count and event style. 

Is there a dancing space available? 

Yes! We can create space for dancing. The size of the dance floor depends on your guest count and room layout. 

Can we bring a DJ, live band, or other entertainment? 

Absolutely! While we do not have an indoor stage, we can easily accommodate DJs, live bands, and other entertainment. Entertainment is welcome with prior approval from your Event Coordinator. 

Can we play our own music? 

Of course! You're welcome to bring your own small speakers, hire a DJ, or book live entertainment. 

Is there a sound system and microphone available? 

Yes. We offer a microphone and portable speaker system available for rent. 

Entertainment providers requiring sound equipment should provide their own professional audio system. 

Is AV available for presentations or slideshows? 

Yes! Our banquet hall includes a projector and screen that is available for rent. 

Guests should provide their own laptop, flash drive, and any necessary connection cables. 

Are decorations allowed? 

Absolutely! We love seeing each event personalized. 

We simply ask that decorations follow our decorating guidelines outlined in your Event Agreement. 

Can I come in early to decorate? 

Your rental includes one hour of setup time immediately before your event. 

Additional decorating time may be available for $50 per half hour, depending on our event schedule. 

What is included with the room rental? 

  • 60-inch round guest tables 

  • Chairs for up to 120 guests 

  • Three 8-foot auxiliary tables 

Are linens, tableware, or utensils included? 

No. These items are available as optional rentals for an additional fee. 

Is there a coat rack available? 

Yes! We provide a coat rack and hangers for your guests. 

Food & Catering 

Can we use a caterer not listed on your preferred vendor list? 

Yes. Outside caterers are welcome with approval from your Event Coordinator. 

What is included with the Event Host Fee for drop-and-go catering? 

Your Event Host oversees buffet service, replenishes food and beverage stations, assists guests, buses tables, manages waste, and helps keep your event running smoothly. 

Can I bring my own food or beverages? 

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of desserts. 

Bar & Beverage Service 

What wines/beers are included in the wine and beer package? 

We offer three wines: 

  • One dry red 

  • One dry white 

  • One sweet wine (red or white) 

Your Event Coordinator will invite you to a complimentary wine tasting before your event start time, so you can select your wines. 

Seasonal wines may also be added for an additional charge. 

We offer 3 domestic beers: 

  • Yuengling Flight (Draft) 

  • Yuengling (Bottle) 

  • IC Light (Bottle) 

 

What beer and spirits are available? 

We proudly feature Pennsylvania-made beer and spirits. 

Our selections typically include favorites like IC Light and Yuengling, along with rotating Pennsylvania craft beers and spirits. 

Special requests may be available for an additional charge. 

 

How does the Hybrid Bar work? 

You choose the amount you'd like to host for your guests before your event. 

Once that spending limit is reached required (minimum $300), the bar automatically converts to a cash bar so guests may continue purchasing beverages. 

Can we customize signature cocktails or mocktails? 

Our bartenders love creating seasonal mocktails and are always happy to hear your ideas with the current inventory we stock. We'll work with you whenever possible to create a beverage menu that complements your celebration. 

 

Are bartenders included? 

Yes. We provide one RAMP-certified bartender for every 50 guests. 

Additional bartenders are available for an extra fee. 

 

Is there a minimum beverage purchase? 

Yes. A beverage package is required, and total beverage sales must meet a required $300 minimum. 

Event Details 

Is the three-hour event period flexible? 

Yes! Additional event time may be added for $50 per half hour, subject to availability. 

 

Is there a minimum guest count? 

The banquet hall requires a minimum of 30 guests. 

For smaller groups, your Event Coordinator can recommend one of our other indoor event spaces. 

 

How many guests can the banquet hall accommodate? 

Our banquet hall comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests.

The password can be provided by any Greenhouse Winery staff member. 

 

Are children welcome? 

Absolutely! Children are welcome when accompanied by a supervising adult.

 

Pricing & Policies 

Are there any additional fees? 

Applicable food and beverage purchases are subject to: 

  • 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax 

  • 20% Service Charge 

Gratuities are appreciated but not included. 

Is event liability insurance required? 

Insurance is not required but is encouraged. 

Your Event Coordinator can provide recommendations. 

 

Could I be charged after my event? 

A credit card is kept securely on file but is not charged at booking. 

Additional charges would only occur for significant damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, or unpaid balances as outlined in your Event Agreement. 

 

Are security personnel ever required? 

Most events do not require security. 

For larger events or those with unique circumstances, Greenhouse Winery may require licensed security personnel.
