Wine Maker Dinner

Come be a part of this exclusive experience! 

We have partnered with Elegant Catering and our friends at The Creamery at Pleasant Lane Farms to create a night full of wine pairings with decadent food. There will be 5 courses served that will each be complimented with wine tastings. 

From 5pm-6pm Bill Postle will be playing during our happy hour. The first course will be served promptly at 6pm when Greg Hazuza will begin to speak about the history of our winery and the wine that goes with each course. Bill Postle wil continue to play an acoustic lineup from 7pm-9pm. Don’t miss out, get your tickets today and, come immerse yourself in an elegant evening at our main winery!

The Menu will include: Charcuterie with Pleasant Lane Farms, Malbec Poached Pear and Blue Cheese Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, Filet Medallions with Butternut Puree and Asparagus, and Apple Crumble. All offerings with be paired with a 5 oz choice of a sweet or dry wine.
