Winemaker’s Dinner

Come be a part of this romantic experience! We have partnered with Elegant Catering to create a night full of wine pairings with decadent food. There will be 5 courses served that will each be complimented with wine tastings. 

Live music by Andrew Bicsey playing during happy hour and dinner.

The first course is served promptly at 6 pm when owner Greg Hazuza will begin to speak about the history of our winery and the wine that goes with each course. Don’t miss out, get your tickets today and, come immerse yourself in an elegant evening at our main winery.

The Menu will include:

• “You were mint for me” soup (split pea & mint soup)
• Scallop salad w/ crispy pancetta & parsnip chips
• Lamb Lollipops & crostinis w/ concord shallot butter (appetizer)
• Entrecote Marchand De Vin (Wine merchant steak)
• Chocolate Red Hot Hoe Creme Anglaise w/ Cherry Bread Pudding

When purchasing tickets separate from your group please inform us at the above number so we can ensure your entire group is sat together with out this information we may not be able to seat you together.

In the event that you must cancel your reservation or ticket; we are a small winery and all cancellations greatly affect us, when we cannot rebook your space. However tickets are transferable to another name more than one week in advance. All Sales are final and absolutely no refunds can be given.
