What to Expect — Cozy Winter Guide Welcome to your winter gathering at The Greenhouse Winery. Our winter experiences are designed to be warm, inviting, and softly lit — the ideal blend of fresh winter air and cozy comfort. Igloo experiences must be booked at least 4 days in advance. Atmosphere Your igloo will be: - Heated before your arrival - Styled with soft lighting and warm blankets - Designed to feel comfortable, calm, and relaxed Expect a cozy winter mood, not a hot indoor room. A sweater or light coat is perfect. Available options: - Small, Medium, or Large Charcuterie Boards provided by The Mains Course Catering in Irwin - Wine tasting flight and chocolate pairing - Hot chocolate bar (serves 6) - Dessert board - Rose flower on table with card (perfect for date night!) - Kids fun pack (little gifts for family night!) What to Bring You don’t need much. Recommended: - A comfortable coat or sweater - Boots or shoes suited for walking outdoors - Your favorite people We’ll handle the rest. Cancellation Policy Igloo reservations are limited and prepared just for you, so all bookings are final and non-refundable. If severe weather forces the winery to close, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. If we remain open, all reservations stand as booked and fees remain non-refundable.
